Each dealer is protected within a 40-mile radius, and dealers must be at least 80 miles apart. If your address falls inside another dealer's territory, special consent must be obtained from that dealer.

After you have been accepted as a dealer, you can order on our website, through an Excel price sheet, or by phone or email. Your first order must be at least $2,500 after discounts. Beeline will send a Sales Order to confirm pricing. A 50% deposit is due before the order ships, and the balance is due within 30 days of the ship or invoice date.
Dealers must total at least $10,000 in purchases after discounts over the previous 12 months. Beeline reviews this every November 1. If you fall short, you can place an order before the end of November to meet the minimum. Dealers should also resell at least 75% of what they buy.
Clubs and groups can buy at volume pricing at any time, and they can pool orders with a local dealer.
