The superb frames you’ve been looking for, built tough for a rough industry! Designed and milled carefully in the USA, we strive to keep our wood grading, milling, and assembly quality controlled extensively. What makes them superb?
– Sturdy 3/4″ top bar with rounded top bar ends for smooth extracting.
– 1/2″ bottom bar that mates with the center pin in the end bar for maximum gluing surface and strength.
– End bars that are a full 7/16″ thick, with long shoulders to stabilize the frame through extracting operations.
– Joints are snug and tight.
– All joints are glued with specially formulated wood glue.
– 6 staples per frame are strategically placed, angled and securely fastened to ensure strength in the joints.
Frames are assembled with double waxed, black Pierco plastic foundation carefully inserted.
